- 6 garlic cloves (diced)
- 8 oz. crimini mushrooms (small left whole, larger halved)
- 2 thyme sprigs (fresh)
- 1 tsp. dried sage (+ 5-6 leaves, julienned for garnish, optional)
- 1/2 cup dry white wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc)
- 1 cup chicken broth (homemade or low-sodium prepared)
