- 6 Tbsp. Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 handful thyme sprigs (fresh, + more to serve)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 bay leaves

This is a very tasty, but simple dish. Much appreciated by my family! I didn’t have chestnuts, but put in dried apricots, which worked very well
