Simple and delicious, the family enjoyed it. They ate it all, no leftovers. That says a lot. I like how low calorie it was.

I subbed the salt and pepper out for a chicken seasoning mixture but also found it a little bland, recommend trying one of the alternate suggestions for the potatoes listed below

I think it turned out great! The husband really liked it too! After reading reviews I was very generous with my salt and pepper portions. I also reduced the amount of potatoes and substituted it for more chicken.

Very good. Took other reviewer's suggestion and used some no salt chicken seasoning and it was fantastic. I am definitely going to make this again.

Turned out great! The best thing is you can season however you want. I used Ms. Dash Grilled Chicken seasoning on potatoes and chicken. I recommed baking potatoes @ 400° for 45 mins, then mixing together. It was delicious. My wife and picky 2 year old loved it. Will make this again.

I enjoyed this- simple but good! I microwaved the potatoes first to make them soft. Added basil too.

best thing about it, super fast. i cooked it in a wok came out pretty decent., nice and filling for the family. pretty under seasoned though
