- 1 cup apricot (puree, see recipe above)
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/4 tsp. canela
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 cup butter (softened)
- 1 cup almond butter
- 3 Tbsp. milk (or as needed, I used heavy whipping cream since that's what I had on hand. I'm sure milk would be tasty too, but I wouldn't recommend skim.)
- 2 cups confectioners sugar
