I just boil the noodles in a separate pot, then stir them into the skillet later. I go pretty generous on all ingredients so as to make more casserole, adjusting to taste. Used half plain Greek yogurt and half light mayo in place of sour cream, omit lemon juice, shot of mustard. Omitted the broth and used 10 oz. can cream of mushroom and 1/2 c. water instead. Swapped grated sharp cheddar for the Parmesan. Vegetable side.

Pretty good and simple. I liked the one pot to clean up, but I’d probably play around with the sour cream, Dijon and lemon juice. The “bite” of the tang didn’t taste quite right to me. Maybe a condensed cream of mushroom soup or an Alfredo?
