Wow this dish was beyond amazing. The steak was so tender and juicy. I did add a half packet of Lipton Garlic and Herb seasoning soup for more flavor. I will be making it again

A little salty for my taste, but my entire family gobbled it up! I purchase sirloin tips to make prep super easy diced potatoes and sliced onions. I baked this in my cast iron skillet and it was perfect.

This dish was amazing! I cook by the book and everything came out soo flavorful and the meat was tender. I cut the sirloin into small pieces and also the potatoes. I used my cast iron skillet. My husband had two big helpings! Definately a recipe to keep handy!!!

Hello all. I plan on making this tonight, but I was wondering do I need to add any water or Beef broth to the mixture before putting it in the oven?

Awesome! Loved it! Though a little salty but I used Venison steak and also added just a little table blend Mrs. Dash so could have been that I guess. Very flavorful and the potatoes blend was great too. I peeled about half my potatoes for some variety and for picky eaters ;) I also used a little vegetable broth and less olive oil to be healthier.

I liked it. I added parsley and marinated my steak in steak sauce first while I peeled and cut the potatoes. It was really good.
