- 1/2 cup cream (I used half and half bc it’s what I had in the house**)
- 12 oz. pasta (I used penne)
- 1/2 butternut squash (~3 1/2 cups diced, diced into cubes)
- 2 handfuls spinach (roughly chopped)
- 2 tsp. fresh thyme (depending on preference of, de-stemmed)
- 6 oz. cheese (I used mozzarella, cubed)
