Loved this! For me, I would use white onion instead of red and either slice or chop them. I didn't care for the large pieces of red onion. Everything else was great. This would also be good with bratwurst. Timing of the cook is very accurate.

Amazing!!! Don’t forget to start early, my mistake every time. Perfect veggies and sausage. All of it, A+
