- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 3 cups brown lentils (or green, soaked for 2-4 hours, rinsed and drained)
- 2 potatoes (cut into 1 cm, ½ inch cubes)
- 5 cups vegetable stock
- 2 carrots (diced)
- 1/2 head broccoli (broken into bite-sized florets)

This was good, but not the first dish I would run to make again. Didn’t waste at all.
