- 70 grams diced onions (frozen, ~ 1/2 cup, or equivalent to 1 medium onion)
- 125 grams peppers (frozen sliced, ~ 1 cup, or equivalent to 1 1/2 bell peppers)
- 1/2 red chilli (mild, finely chopped)
- 4 mushrooms (medium, diced)
- 120 grams kidney beans (cooked, 1/2 a drained 400g tin, or ~ 3/4 cup)
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp. chilli powder (mild, more or less to taste)
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
- salt
- black pepper
- 150 mL water (~ 1/2 cup)
- 180 grams pasta (uncooked, ~ 6.5oz - I used spiralli)
- 80 grams cheddar cheese (grated, ~ 1 cup grated)
- fresh coriander (optional)

Turned out well for a first attempt. Could easily double the quantity of spices as the overall taste as very mild.
