    Delicious! Didn’t even bother with the rehydrated mushrooms (just fresh) and it was still good! I’d suggest adding extra spices for more pronounced flavor — I added chili flake and more black pepper.

    So good my daughter (15) (who initially said ‘gross I hate mushrooms’) requested I made it again one day later. I’m whole food plant based no oil, so skipped that sauté in oil part and used water instead! Used homemade vegan sour cream & I also subbed in lentil pasta for extra protein! This is a keeper!
