Delicious, an easily modifiable core recipe. Put it on top of tortilla chips and in the oven for a few minutes - outstanding.

Great keto recipe- it lets you forget (for a moment) that it’s not keto! EASY quick put together. Done in 20 minutes. I used a 1lb taco seasoned turkey tube from Walmart. This shaved a few minutes off of prep time. I added finely chopped cilantro and 1half of a jalapeño (seeded). I did not need to add more taco seasoning- as the taco seasoned turkey was seasoned just right. Sprinkled chopped green onions, sliced avocados and a TBSP of sour cream on top.
It was a bit watery from the ‘rotel’ tomatoes - I served from the skillet with a slotted spoon.

It came out great. I spiced it up after reading some of the comments. Definitely keeper recipe!

We loved this dish! Per other reviewers, I added a can of black beans and then served it over brown rice with some avocado on top. It was delicious, and easy. Plus only one pot to clean up. This will definitely be added to the weeknight dinner rotation.

I liked it but might have liked it better without the tomatoes (mine had oregano, basil rather than green peppers, so maybe that made a difference?). We had it with rice since I didn’t have any tortilla/flatbread on hand. It was good.

My 13 y/o linebacker gives me the stink eye when he sees the food is trying to look healthy (i.e. ground turkey) so I used lean ground beef instead. However this really gave me to opportunity to hide some veggies and the whole family LOVED this. It was really flavorful and the request was to replace my "normal" taco recipe with this one from now on.

Easy recipe, I added a can of black beans too. Made it extra healthy by adding extra spinach (my greens choice) and forgetting to put the cheese in >.<

Instead of taco seasoning, I used southwest chipotle seasoning and as far as that goes it was fine. We like all the ingredients but somehow we didn't love this dish. Though adding the greens makes it healthy, it doesn't add to the flavor or texture. Maybe next time I will try zucchini.

Fabulous! I made this for my boys - both big eaters - and turned this into quesadillas with chipotle-mayo dipping sauce...everyone loved it and one skillet suppers are perfect for weekday evenings! I used frozen kale and just left it on the counter for an hour to defrost and jack cheese with jalapeno pepper rather than tomatoes with chilis.

Delicious! I added black beans and served over brown rice, with a handful of cilantro and half an avocado - reducing the amount of cheese. A new weeknight favorite!

A really good way to eat turkey and veggies. I didn't have enough greens so I diced some zucchini and added a can of Black beans. Really good!

Delicious! I added black beans, cilantro and used Rotel instead of plain diced tomatoes. It was a hit!
