This recipe needs more instructions on cooking times. Rice cooking time??? It’s vaugh.

Great recipe! Made it as a full meal serving 3 people. Might make it 4 if you’re not big eaters. Very tasty and a nice hint of spicy. Easy to make and easy to adjust to personal taste. Will make it again.

Was yum. I added a bit more curry paste but kept to the receipe with everything else

Quick recipe and very tasty. I added some chopped white onions together with the other vegetables and also used a teaspoon of curry powder and a teaspoon of green curry paste in replacement of red curry paste which I didn’t have. I used white basmati rice and I also added some chopped green onions at the end as well as sprinkled red chili powder. I definitely recommend trying it

My husband and I thought it turned out very good. Not great as leftovers though!
