I'm sorry, but I'm not in agreement with the reviews posted so far. The Thai food I've eaten in restaurants has always been scathingly hot, so I thought this would be pretty hot as well. All I can say is that I found it disappointingly bland in comparison. I will not be making it again.

I browned the chicken first & used lg. breast pieces with some bone, then removed it and pretty much followed the rest but added sliced fresh garlic & ginger, some chopped onion. It was good and easy after the vegs. were prepared. The browning of the chicken did change the color of this dish as it did not look like your picture. I also cooked it a little longer due to the size of the chicken.

Crazy flavorful, quick and easy dinner. Went too big on the curry first time around and it was SPICY, second time around I reduced to 1.5 TBSP and it was perfect for us. Great next day lunch as well. This is going to be in the regular rotation.
