Very delicious but very soupy. I will half the amount of water (or leave it out entirely) next time. I made this in a 12-inch cast iron skillet.

This was good, but I made the mistake of using a skillet to make it with and all of the ingredients did not fit. Next time I will use the same skillet, but not add as much water - maybe not any. And I will also add more curry paste as I only used 2 teaspoons and it was not spicy at all. Served it over white rice.
