For my taste, I wanted some more flavor. I think I would make it again but change up the seasoning.

I liked this meal, it was ok. But, if I’m being honest I probably won’t make it again. I’ll just make the standard stuffed bell peppers since I like it better.

I turned out Great! I was out of chili powder and used a pinch of hot red pepper! worked fine.
