- 6 oz. baby spinach (fresh, can use more if desired, spinach cooks down a lot!)
- 12 oz. bowtie pasta
- 14.5 oz. diced tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cups water (additional)
- 1 Tbsp. thyme (or italian seasoning)

it was great i used pasta sauce instead of diced tomato’s still worked out fine!

Great dish! very simple and minimal. I did doctor up the spices a lot, added the spinach after pasta cooked and used penne pasta, which I had to keep adding water to... turned out well, though!!

This was great! Did not had bowtie pasta and it work, just as good with penne. The only difference was the seasoning, i added turmeric
, garlic and onion powder, black pepper and some pepper flakes. I went the olive oil way.

pretty good, actually! if i make it again, I'll toast some pine nuts first, then saute some garlic, then add the tomato/pasta/water. I would saute the mushrooms on their own while the pasta is cooking, so they retain some of their firm texture, then just add them at the end. but all told, decent dish

Added a chopped yellow onion, a few cloves of minced garlic, a squeezed lemon, and some parm to top. Love that this is a one pot recipe

Meh.... needed flavor. Added chicken and used penne pasta. Needed thicker tomato sauce. I wont be making this again

Takes a bit longer than 10 minutes to cook the pasta, despite what the recipe says, but overall is still very quick and easy! I’ll definitely be making it again.

I used the olive oil and added more spinach, and I added sausages on the side for those who weren’t vegan

Awesome! I cooked some shrimp before to add in with the pasta and it worked perfectly super easy and quick to make

Amazing! I tweak the recipe a bit and add a jar of pesto in the end after the water has evaporated and it adds much flavor!

wonderful as long as you add flavor to original recipe. I added onions, garlic, small jar of artichoke hearts, red pepper flakes, and parm cheese

This was really good! I used a lb. of pasta so I added 2 cups of water instead of 1 and a 1/2. I also used 2 cans of seasoned diced tomatoes instead of 1. I added a healthy shake of garlic powder and some dried minced onion along with the salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. I boiled it for 12 minutes and it came out perfect. I made a similar recipe awhile back and this was easier and tastier! Will definitely make again.

Usually prefer my pasta with meat sauce but this came out alright! Didn't have tomatoes but used some garlic when making the veggie mix. Also added black pepper

Came out delicious after I added Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, garlic and cheese! Also, the pasta was a tad tough but nothing to complain too much about!

This is great and very easy to make! I added garlic when I began cooking the mushrooms, we all agreed that without the garlic it wouldn't have been nearly as tasty! It was delicious and didn't even need thyme!
