Very easy and very good. I added the entire 32oz of chicken broth, also used gluten free pasta and power greens instead of spinach. I will be making again!

OMGosh! This is a fantastic recipe! Its easy and uber-delicious! I changed one thing, I added a carton (32oz) of chicken broth in addition to what the recipe calls for because I wanted to create a bit of sauce. I included the meat from a baked chicken as suggested to mske it a meal.
I expect to make this many times to come (Lord willing).

This was a great side dish for dinner.. huge definitely could be a main dish with added chicken.. we had this and steak. YUMMY!!! kids loved it. added shredded carrots and zucchini for some extra veggies and used cream cheese instead of what it called for... was great! can't wait to try it again!!
