This was really good. I don’t like Smokey flavors, so I cut the smoked paprika in half and I omitted the lemon juice. My family enjoyed it.

I make this when the grocery budget is tight. Cheap and easy! I love the lemon juice over the top! My family doesn't like artichokes, so I leave them out, but I add chicken.

This made a ton. I would only do 3/4c of quinoa and 1-1/2c broth next time. It needed more lemon and quite a bit more salt and pepper; it was a little plain. Would be good with feta!

Tastes good, but a little boring. I added a chipotle pepper for extra spice but I feel like it’s missing something all around. Maybe some chicken, avocado or kale or black beans.

Great! Next time I'll spice it up a bit more, as it's a little mild, but the flavors are wonderful!

Loved the flavors! We added cooked organic chicken instead of the artichokes (non vegans that we are 😉). Will definitely make again

I don't like cooking, but I will definitely make this again. Easy peasy and healthful to boot. Love it! Thanks for the recipe.
