This simple pasta dish turned out great. I did 2 cups of vegetable stock and 2 cups water... and added broccoli...
it's a do over for sure!

Top notch this is my goto pasta dish at Italian restaurants! Now I can make it at home, simple to make with basic staples that i already have in my home

I made it with chicken stock instead of water, so it came out a little more flavorful. I would make it again but i will be adding a shallot and chicken to it

Delicious! I would highly recommend that you add your own seasonings. I also added pieces of barbecued chicken breast. I wanted a pasta dish that did not include sauce. It was just right.

It's a good concept, but it was very bland. Had to futz around with many seasonings for awhile before it had good flavor.

I modified the recipe a bit. My stomach won't handle garlic, so i had to leave that out. I forgot the parmesan, so I left that out. I did a quarter cup of olive, a half cup of red wine vinegar, and a half teaspoon of oregano. it still came out delicious but now, without the cheese, it can be left in the fridge.

I've been eating this dish for most of my 58 years, but never knew it was an actual "thing"! Needless to say, it's delicious!
