One Pot Slow Cooked Chicken Dinner is an easy to prepare slow cooker dinner that can be made all in the one pot! Chicken Breasts and vegetables are added to the slow cooker, then smothered with a delicious herb marinade mix. The meat and veggies cook and marinate at the same time, producing a succulent, tender meal that the whole family will enjoy - give it a go!

- 2 lb. chicken breast fillets
- 1 lb. small red potatoes (quartered)
- 1/2 lb. baby carrots (trimmed and peeled)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 2 tsp. crushed garlic
- 1 tsp. salt
- cracked black pepper (Freshly)

Directions
- Make the Seasoned Marinade Mix: into a measuring cup, add the olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, onion powder, crushed garlic, salt and pepper, and stir until well mixed, about 15 seconds.
- Put the Chicken Breast Fillets in the bottom of your Crock Pot/Slow Cooker.
- Add the quartered potatoes on one side.
