This was delicious. I omitted the canned tomatoes and just used cherry tomatoes and added fresh squeezed lemon juice. We loved this and will add it to our favorites.

This was incredible. Perfect. Also, I didn’t use any salt or pepper at the end. It was perfect with the ingredients I used. I liked how the recipe stated to salt and pepper to taste.

I love this recipe! I used hot Italian sausages (double the amount in the recipe). I also use the larger can of crushed tomatoes (28oz).

D-LICIOUS. Perfect for a winter day. I was liberal with the red pepper flakes and added almost a whole teaspoon of salt. Parm on top at the end was clutch.

Easy and filling recipe. Served with warm crusty bread. My family loves this recipe.

Turned out great! I thought it would make more than it did, so I’ll definitely double the recipe in the future!

Really good. Kids ate it, but weren’t keen on the kale. Used crushed tomatoes, maybe try diced next time

Came out perfect and delicious. I subbed kale for spinach, and added a bit of cream and sun dried tomatoes. Very easy and a very quick meal with little clean up. Def plan to make it again!

This was delicious! My entire family loved it. I used spinach instead of kale, and served it over tortellini.

I have made this with sausage or cubed ham and sometimes with added mushrooms. Turns out great every time.

My new favorite go-to! The meatballs broke down and it was more like flavored ground beef but the flavor was amazing!

I made this the other day. I used hot breakfast sausage, so I didn't add hot pepper flakes and added four small potatoes diced up. This is by all means a keeper. next time I might have Italian sausage in the freezer. My husband loved it, went back for seconds. thank you

This meal turned out great and was very easy. I used a medium spiced breakfast sausage. There was lots of flavor. Served with garlic bread sprinkled with cheddar cheese. A hit.

Delicious! My 12-yr old made this with no help from Mom, and the whole family enjoyed it. Will definitely make again.

This is my new go-to fave recipe! Its super healthy, easy and quick to prepare, and more delish than i would have anticipated. The few ingredients shouldnt have been so good, but they were. I followed the recipe pretty much spot on except i used a can of roasted tomatoes.

I was skeptical, but this was super tasty and super easy. I know you can probably sub spinach, but the kale really made it for me. Solid recipe.

Almost made me like kale which is saying a lot!! I used one can of white beans and one of chickpeas. Will make with spinach next time.

So simple and easy. I used beef and pork Italian style sausages. Pan to table within 15 mins including prep. Delicious!

Being from the Deep South I opted for dried great northern beans and pork andouille sausage. I cooked the beans with a couple cups of vegetable stock and water until tender. Then I added basil in with the rest of the seasonings. I also used a kale, spinach & Swiss chard mix of greens to make it more stewed like. I served it over rice. It was a hit with the family.
