- 3 cups broth (vegetable or chicken)
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves (roughly chopped)
- 3 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes (can be omitted if you don't like spicy food)
- 1/4 cup feta cheese (optional garnish)
- 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts (optional garnish)
