Didn't make the Alfredo sauce, just used pesto sauce. Great recipe to try out zucchini noodles on the family for the first time 😊
It was amazing. Add a good amount of salt and pepper. I would mix sour cream with pesto milk and a cheap alfredo sauce together to make the perfect mixture.

I substituted the milk & cream with thick coconut milk and it came out great! I will do again soon.

it tasted great. Unfortunately thr end product was much more watery than the pictures in the recipe. should i add more flour, or let it simmer longer before adding thr zucchini?

Really tasty and quick and easy . Great summer dish for fresh zucchini. Would make again. Complements well with spring salad and a glass of Merlot. This is a beginner recipe easygoing to make
