    Turned out great! I had 2,5 lbs of bone-in pork rib roast. I added 2 more garlic cloves, rosemary and thyme to the rubbing seasoning and also added some squash to the apples, carrots and onions. I served it with some vinegar roast potatoes and steamed broccoli. It was an awesome meal!
