This is pretty good, you may have to adjust cooking time and liquids but its pretty flexible. And tastes good (maybe better) as leftovers the next day too!

One of the best recipes i’ve followed. i subbed the chipotles in adobo sauce to a few spoonfuls of chipotle sauce, and i think it worked out great. would definitely not take out the cinnamon or the cilantro as it gave such an amazing flavour:)
