Really good and SO simple! Didn’t add salt as broth was salty enough, added little bit of gravy thickener when was still a little watery. Make sure to use good meatballs (M&M preferred). Surprised by this one pot meal!

Pretty good for a quick one pot meal I did add some minced shallots in with the mushrooms I also added a bit of Marsala wine to the cooking broth. Easy and tasty.
