Tastes great! Super easy to make with items on hand used 2 Tbsp lemon juice instead of fresh lemon used pre-cooked lentils+rice and omitted the broth.

the flavour was nice but I should have soaked lentils beforehand.
Next time I'd rather just make a risotto with the same flavours.
