This recipe is absolutely awesome I’m not much for stuffed bell peppers but this version is one of my favorites. I used the instant pot to make and it came out perfect

We love this! Has become part of our go to meals. Sometimes I will use ground chicken or even ground mild turkey sausage. It also tastes great and it is so easy and quick to make. Which I love the most.

My fiance always want stuffed peppers but I don't always want to go through the hassle and dishes. This is definitely a go to for me. I didn't feel deprived of any thing for taking the lazy way, it was delicious.

Great recipe, great to make when you don’t have time to be in the kitchen all the time

Absolutley delicious! Didn't have Worcestershire sauce, so I substituted "my own" (fish sauce, red wine vinegar, and salt)

This was delicious. Pretty easy to put together and I used green, orange and red peppers to give it some color. Only comment I have is that it needed salt. Also the peppers did get a little mushy so I don’t think I’ll cook them as long with the ground beef next time so they’ll stay a little firmer.

Very yummy
I made this in a crockpot
Cut rice amount in half
Add cheese at end to melt and serve

So good! Takes awhile to make, not a weeknight meal. I had to cook much longer because I used brown rice, but it was worth it. Will make again.

AMAZING! I usually make unstuffed bell peppers, but this blew mine away! I did use ground turkey instead and used diced tomatoes with chilès, it was DELICIOUS! My daughter is on serving 3 of it right now. This recipe is a KEEPER!!

This is delicious!!! I love how easy it is to make and there isn’t a lot of prep or clean up! This is definitely a new staple in the household! So happy I came across the recipe.. loved it.

I didn't follow the recipe exactly. I cut out the brooth and used more tomato sauce and cooked white rice normally than mixed it in all together at the end. a little easier and faster. still really good and makes a lot!

Turned out great! Super easy, like chili but with a Latin flair with the peppers, would recommend to eat with bread or tortilla chips

I used green peppers instead of the colored ones. We love stuffed peppers and this recipe was just as good and a little simpler.
