This recipe is absolutely awesome I’m not much for stuffed bell peppers but this version is one of my favorites. I used the instant pot to make and it came out perfect

We love this! Has become part of our go to meals. Sometimes I will use ground chicken or even ground mild turkey sausage. It also tastes great and it is so easy and quick to make. Which I love the most.

My fiance always want stuffed peppers but I don't always want to go through the hassle and dishes. This is definitely a go to for me. I didn't feel deprived of any thing for taking the lazy way, it was delicious.

Absolutley delicious! Didn't have Worcestershire sauce, so I substituted "my own" (fish sauce, red wine vinegar, and salt)

This was delicious. Pretty easy to put together and I used green, orange and red peppers to give it some color. Only comment I have is that it needed salt. Also the peppers did get a little mushy so I don’t think I’ll cook them as long with the ground beef next time so they’ll stay a little firmer.

So good! Takes awhile to make, not a weeknight meal. I had to cook much longer because I used brown rice, but it was worth it. Will make again.

This has turned out to be one of our favorites because it is so easy to make and so delicious. I used 3/4 cup of whole grain basmati rice instead of 1 cup of white rice.

I had a lot of extra long-grain rice and tomato sauce that I wanted to use up, so I decided to whip this up on a cold & snowy afternoon. Super easy! I subbed an extra teaspoon of bouillon and 8 extra ounces of water for the broth. I also used a whole 14.5 oz can of tomato sauce. Next time I think I’ll add either diced jalapeños or dried chiles because I like some heat. Overall a very good recipe!

AMAZING! I usually make unstuffed bell peppers, but this blew mine away! I did use ground turkey instead and used diced tomatoes with chilès, it was DELICIOUS! My daughter is on serving 3 of it right now. This recipe is a KEEPER!!

I didn't follow the recipe exactly. I cut out the brooth and used more tomato sauce and cooked white rice normally than mixed it in all together at the end. a little easier and faster. still really good and makes a lot!

Turned out great! Super easy, like chili but with a Latin flair with the peppers, would recommend to eat with bread or tortilla chips
