This was yummy but... I'm not a fan of one pot meals. I'm giving this 3 stars because all of the flavor elements are there. Let's face it, most pasta comes in a 12 oz package and a can of diced tomatoes are 14.5 oz. People making one pot meals don't usually have kitchen scales. I made this with 1 lb. of turkey kielbasa, a 12 oz box of dried farfalle (bowties), a can of petite diced tomatoes and doubled all of the liquids. Please learn from my experience. This recipe is totally going in my repertoire as I have explained it. Enjoy!

Turned out really good. I used spinach and artichoke chicken sausage because we don't eat kielbasa. i will definitely be making it again.

Amazing! Love it! Didn’t modify too much, just didn’t have scallions on hand. The overall taste to me comes off very “cheesy” so I’d recommend doing a half cup of cheese to taste first and then adding the rest.

Amazing! I did take a couple of liberties with the recipe. I love garlic and tripled the number of cloves. I had andouille sausage on hand and used that. I used low sodium chicken stock and whole milk. I also added about 1/4 tsp of cayenne and towards the end of cokking time tossed in some spinach leaves. I did a taste test before adding the cheese and it was already delicious, the cheese knocked it out the park though. I will make this often and will likely throw in other vegetables. Zucchini, summer squash, bell peppers, and mushrooms would all work well. Easy prep and only 1 deep skillet to clean make this a great weeknight or simple weekend dinner. Try it, you'll love it!

Very tasty and easy to make. I added 1/4 cup of parm cheese to the mixture to help thicken it up. Paired well with garlic bread 🥖

I love this recipe, it's my go-to when I have extra kielbasa that I need to use. I've made this recipe at least a handful of times now and it's absolutely delicious. Definitely recommended!

Fantastic! Easy one pot meal. Made it in the pressure cooker and minimized the mess. Taste delicious. The smoked kielbasa is the entire key to success.

This was very good. We added a bit more garlic and skipped the scallion garnish. The flavors were great and it was quick and easy to make. Our kids loved it. Will definitely be making this again.

This recipe was super yummy and amazing! I used Rotel instead of plain diced tomatoes and it made it excellent. It makes about 6 cups, if you're interested in serving sizes.

This came out really good. Both my husband & I loved it as did 2 of our 3 sons. I always add extra spices to whatever I make. It's just how my family likes stuff. Thank you
