I made this in a pot because I needed to double it. I also didn’t have canned tomatoes so I used fresh. Wasn’t sure about leaving the cheese on top to brown after removing from heat…in a pot I don’t think that would ever happen, no matter how long I let it sit, so I just stirred all the cheese in. Turned out very well and satisfied the choosiest among us.

We really enjoyed this, but I would put less liquid in it. It never cooked off even with the lid on to cook the pasta

Omg! 😍 This may very well be my new favorite work night 30 minute one pot meal. It's the perfect combination of spicy creamy deliciousness. I kicked mine up by using spicy sausage
instead of spicy tomatoes (Rotel). It turned out amazing! We will definitely be repeating this one. Mmmmmmm 🤤❤️

Very delicious! I subbed a can of Rotel, per other reviewers notes; i used 4 cloves garlic; and for my cheeses i used 1/2 block of colby & a 1/2 block(or slighlty less) vermont cheddar cheese. I used wheels for pasta & parboiled them for 7 min. Excellent recipe & wonderful flavors!!! Thank you!!!😉

Very good, lots of flavor! Instead of plain diced tomatoes I used a can of Rotel for a little extra kick.

Very good! Similar to a recipe I make with leftover ham. Seasoned with paprika, cayenne, and parsley. Will definitely make again!

It was really easy! instead of cheddar cheese I used parmesan and added black olives. Next time we are going add shrimp!

This was yummy but... I'm not a fan of one pot meals. I'm giving this 3 stars because all of the flavor elements are there. Let's face it, most pasta comes in a 12 oz package and a can of diced tomatoes are 14.5 oz. People making one pot meals don't usually have kitchen scales. I made this with 1 lb. of turkey kielbasa, a 12 oz box of dried farfalle (bowties), a can of petite diced tomatoes and doubled all of the liquids. Please learn from my experience. This recipe is totally going in my repertoire as I have explained it. Enjoy!

Turned out really good. I used spinach and artichoke chicken sausage because we don't eat kielbasa. i will definitely be making it again.

Amazing! Love it! Didn’t modify too much, just didn’t have scallions on hand. The overall taste to me comes off very “cheesy” so I’d recommend doing a half cup of cheese to taste first and then adding the rest.
