This was a quick and delicious meal. After reading the other reviews, I reduced the amount of liquid to two cups. The dish was not soupy at all. I'll definately make this again.

I cooked the potatoes for much longer, and I added some heavy cream to thicken it up some more. Still an easy and tasty recipe

Wonderful. My husband loves it. It's kinda like a really good hamburger helper meal. Very filling.

I didn’t have an onion or garlic, so I substituted minced onion & garlic powder/garlic salt. Still tasted great!

Loved this!! I hate bell peppers so I left that out. Cook carrots and potatoes longer then directions say and use reduced sodium beef broth. I also used reduced fat cream cheese and shredded cheese. I will be making this again for sure!

This was terrible. I had way too much liquid and my potatoes were still raw. Plus not really any flavor. I will not be making this again.

This is more of a soup. I used two bags of cheese and poured out half the liquid and it was still sooooo soupy. If I ever make this again I will pour out all of the liquid before adding the cheese.

Made this in a pinch. Turned out great. I didn’t add the bell peppers as that sounded gross to me. Prob will make it again

Doubled recipe and everyone loved it. Took 25 mins to soften potatoes and had a lot of broth. But very yummy!
