    Great recipe! Made it and it turned out just like the pictures and tasted great. Kids didn’t like the amount of lemon so next time I will reduce that a bit so they enjoy it for me the lemon amount was perfect.

    So so yummy and packed with flavor! Quick and easy to make (and clean up). I added spinach and zucchini to the rice so we had some greens in the dish. I will be adding this to the weeknight rotation!
