- 2 tsp. Greek seasoning (store-bought or recipe below)
- 1 tsp. coarse sea salt
- 1/4 cup lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup leek tops (sliced, may substitute one large, diced shallot if not low FODMAP)
- 1 1/2 cups jasmine rice (white)
- 2 cups water
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice (about one lemon)
- 3/4 tsp. coarse sea salt
- 1 red bell pepper (cut into 1-inch chunks)
- 1 zucchini (sliced)
- 1/2 red onion (cut into 1-inch chunks, omit for low FODMAP)
- 1 bunch broccolini (substitute broccoli for low FODMAP)
- 1/2 tsp. Greek seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. coarse sea salt
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 cup mayo (avocado oil)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon)
- 1/2 tsp. dried dill
- 1 Tbsp. garlic olive oil (1/4 teaspoon garlic powder if not low FODMAP)
- 2 Tbsp. feta
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. canela
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. dried parsley
- 2 tsp. dried basil
