- 1 tsp. garlic salt (or 1 teaspoon of minced garlic and 1/4 teaspoon of salt)
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon (trust me on this, this meal will not taste like cake or pie)
- 1 tsp. curry powder (this meal won’t taste like a curry either. It will combine with the cinnamon to make a genius flavor combination that even the most Meat and Potatoes Type will snarf down with wild abandon!)
- 3 sweet potatoes (depending up on their size)
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1 bell pepper (he used red but green works too)

Delicious! I used small red potatoes instead of sweet potatoes (only because I already had them) and I didn’t have any bell peppers, but I’m going to make this dish again with all the right ingredients this week! The flavor from the spices is soooo good!
