- 900 mL salt (Campbell's No Added, or Low Sodium Chicken Broth)
- 1 cup heavy cream (whipping cream)
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
- 1 lb. fusilli pasta (dried)
- 1 red bell pepper (large, roughly chopped into 1" cubed pieces)
