- 3 cups low sodium chicken broth (+ 3/4 cups water)
- 1 lb. pasta (your favorite short cut, use gluten free if needed)
- 2 leaves
- 3 thyme sprigs (fresh)
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 6 oz. Gruyere cheese (shredded)
- 1/3 cup gorgonzola cheese (crumbled, optional)

turned out really well - I changed the liquid portion to ensure my pasta cooked (it had a longer cook time than TG"s) and didn't have wine on hand, so subbed beef broth. was so good - definitely will be making again.
