This was so easy, comforting and delicious. I substituted chopped steamed broccoli for the peas. My son is very picky and I received 👍👍👍

This was delicious! I browned the chicken before cooking everything else and added extra fresh thyme. I did have to add extra broth because the rice wasn't completely cooked before it evaporated.
