overall, it was a very good dish. very easy to make and straightforward. however, it wasn't as creamy as I would hope. I will make this again, but we'll figure out an adjustment to make it creamier.

I was good. But I think you should reread the directions about the olive oil. In ingredients you say tablespoons but in the direction you say cups. Your food would be swimming and oily. Beside that miscues it was not bad.

yumm...I doubled it ...and it could have used anotherr cup of chicken broth ...but tasty
