Good consistency for chowder. Thought it was great flavor wise, I just had to keep adding salt and pepper to taste. My only issue is that the directions don't tell you when to reduce heat, which I think is a must to avoid curdling the milk and cream. I did after adding the dairy and the potatoes still managed to cook thoroughly. Glad I made it. Will make it again, now knowing what I know.

It was good and creamy i mashed my potatoes a little. Needs more flavor it was very bland but I can’t figure out what to add to it. But it was still good as is.

It was really good. After reading several comments saying it was bland, I added parsley, savory, and just a touch of red pepper flakes. I used a bag of frozen corn instead of canned. My husband loved it

I didnt use bacon. I used a can of creamed corn and a bag and half of frozen corn. some honey.

delicious, i didn't use as much cream and milk, doubled up the portions as my family are big eaters. I also suggest adding more seasoning. I seasoned the chicken breast I used well and roasted, then added more seasoning to taste to dish as I put together. this will be a regular.

Very flavorful (although we did add bacon bits, some bacon grease, and crushed red peppers). Easy to make although the servings listed is a bit deceptive.
