Very easy to make. I cooked it according to recipe, except for I didnt have the sour cream with chives, so I had to use regular. It was good, but it was a tad bit bland, maybe I'll use more salt next time.

I substituted the evaporated milk with cream of mushroom soup. And it came out delicious
