This was pretty good! I added black beans and garlic/onion powder. I wish there was a bit more spice but over all will make again

My daughter wrote this review: I loved the taste. I would 100% eat it everyday. It sent a blast of flavors to my taste buds. When I had it with the rice I instantly knew I was In love. I loved it so much, I can’t wait to make it again. (She approves, so I do as well. 10 years old.)

I used canned tomatoes and frozen riced cauliflower because I did not have any fresh, but it was still very tasty and will be making it again.

Boyfriend made this and it was good. It’s a thick dish (like the picture shows, so no sauce), but had it with some rice and was very good
