- 1/4 tsp. Garam Masala
- 1 Tbsp. ginger (homemade, and Garlic Paste or store bought Ginger and Garlic Paste)
- 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 2 chicken drumsticks
- 250 grams basmati rice (or 8.8oz or 1 cup)
- 600 mL stock (or 20oz or 2.5 cups, you can use water with a vegetable stock cube too)
