So incredibly easy and absolutely delicious! Very flexible for different veggies. This is a new fave.

I loved the recipe! I added celery, onion, green peppers, and olive oil to the carrots to sauté. I then added a frozen package of peas, a frozen package of mix vegetables, and a couple cloves of garlic when I mixed in the chicken and cheese. I used the Pillsbury Grand Homestyle Biscuits on top.
I also cooked the casserole for about 20 minutes and then added the biscuits on top for another 20 minutes.
It was DELICIOUS!!!!!
