This was quite good. My daughter is not a fan of bone-in meats so I used boneless chicken breasts so it was a little dry. Bone-in definitely is the way to go, but everything had great flavor nonetheless. I started the potatoes 20 minutes early, the carrots (and cauliflower) 10 minutes early, and I also added some broccoli when I added the chicken. My husband loved seeing all of the meat and veggies on one big sheet, and just wanted to take it to the table and eat it straight off the pan lol. I was searching for a way to use up all of my old vegetables and this was the perfect way to do it!

My husband loved this. I will definitely made this again. It was easy to make, and very flavorful.

This one dish dinner came out perfect. It was very moist snd flavorful. We had it with fresh bread and butter too. I will definitely make this again.

I added rosemary and held off on the paprika. Wonderful recipe - prep was so easy, clean up was fast, and the food was delicious. Perfect recipe for after work. Our apartment smelled so good our neighbors asked what we were making. I will definitely be making this again.
