Love this one! We like a lot of veggies. Next time I would double the amount of broccoli.

Good for a base recipe! i added bacon, smoked paprika, cayenne, and mozzarella to it and it gave it really good flavor. i think it'd be bland without the additions. Definitely going to be a go to recipe since it's easy to make!

This was disappointing. I didn't know what "minute brown rice" is (should have looked it up) so I went with brown rice and realised too late that 10 minutes simmering was not enough time. 20 minutes was still not enough time for the tice to cook but the chicken broccoli was by then overcooked.

Super yummy. I baked it after following the recipe to make the cheese on top a bit crispy, numnumnum

Yum! Used quinoa, chicken thighs and Mrs. dash garlic & herb instead of salt. Still yum!

This turned out delicious! I modified it to cook it in my instant pot and did not use minute rice. But used everything else. My husband loved it and the leftovers made for perfect lunches. Thank you 😊

To make this even easier, I substituted a can of French Onion Campbell's soup for the onion/some of the chicken broth!!

This was ... okaaaaay. I agree with others that there’s not a ton of flavor. I liked the idea of a chicken divan-type dish without the can of condensed soup but it needs a little more oomph next time.

This recipe is now a “go to” recipe for me. It is an easy kid-friendly risotto type of recipe that is fast and easy. All ingredients are things you already have in the house or easy to get.

delicious and easy to make. whole family loved it. cooking time is longer than the recipe allows for especially with brown rice. but turned out delicious

It was easy to make. I added spices when cooking the chicken.....onion powder, garlic powder. I also added quite a bit of salt through out. Overall it was pretty good and will probably make again.

It turned out good I added some more seasonings though to give it a bit more of a kick. I added onion pwd, garlic pwd, cayenne pepper, white pepper, and some ground thyme. It was quick and easy. Will make this again

Easy recipe! Just spiced it up a bit
Used Chicken flavored rice and used velveeta liquid cheese instead of actual shredded cheese.

It was very bland. My husband didn’t like it at all nor did my children. I thought it was ok, but I wouldn’t make it again.
