EXCELLENT!!! i added some more garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, basil, and oregano, to the onions. i also put around 3 tablespoons of cream cheese just before adding the cheddar. In the future, I will consider transferring to a baking dish and topping will something crunchy. corn flakes, potato chips..... and baking

This was perfectly cooked and very tasty. I only made 2 minor changes which I don't think would have changed the flavour or texture- I only used 1 1/2 cups of cheese with none on top and 4 cups of broccoli. The only negative was standing over the stove with so much stirring. otherwise I would recommend this recipe.
