Replacing noodles with diced zucchini instead, but was a huge hit!!! Very flavorful. Did skimp on the salt. But it’s definitely a keeper!

This is delicious! I added the zucchini noodles to the hot meat mix at the very end and then turned the burner off. They were cooked. perfectly and weren't soggy.
