Huge hit with the family and so easy. I keep the ingredients on hand at all times so if I need something quick for dinner, it’s so easy to make.

For a fast weekday meal this turned out great! Very flavorful. I topped it with green onions, tomatoes, and cilantro, plus sour cream on the side. My husband loved it and ate over half of it.

Really flavorful, super easy to follow. Absolutely loved it and so did my husband, will definitely be making again.

Great recipe! Used the Trader Joe's taco seasoning and mine came out pretty spicy, so watch out for that element.

So yummy! It was a family hit. I made my own taco seasoning though because I don’t usually buy the mix. I used cumin, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, ground cayenne red pepper, and Goya Adobo. I didn’t add any additional salt as Goya Adobo is pretty salty.

Kids loved it. Used sausage instead of beef because that was what we had, it was requested a second time so stuck with sausage.

Turned out great my toddler gave me a high five and said that she loved it. Maybe next time I’ll switch it out for turkey to make it leaner.

I used Ground Turkey and doubled the recipe. We topped ours with some jalapeño and sour cream. Big hit with all!

This was good and VERY filling. I added Velveeta cheese and a few people added sour cream to their dish. Overall a very good and easy meal. Next time I’ll add more Velveeta and less shredded Mexican just out of personal preference.

This recipe is awesome! I’ve made it several times and the only thing I change is I use turkey instead of ground beef.

It was very good! I’ve made it with mexican veggie ground round, instead of ground beef, amazing!

Great comfort food recipe! Needed to add some extra water and added some roasted Rosa tomatoes for extra texture. My family loved it! Will be a permanent on our menu!

This was a tasty recipe, but you definitely need to add more water and also double the taco seasoning to add flavor. Fire roasted tomatoes go a long way too.
