- 2 tsp. dried Italian herbs
- heavy cream (Drizzle of, optional – I like a creamy tomato sauce)
- 2 cups baby spinach (fresh)
- 1 cup frozen corn (or fresh)
- 20 oz. cheese tortellini (frozen, you can use any flavor you like)
- 1 1/2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
