  • 1 can black beans (rinsed and drained)

  • 1 can fire roasted diced tomatoes
  • 1 can diced green chilies
  • 1 cup long grain rice (I had Basamati so that is what I used)
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 cups beef (less beef broth)
